Videocon has launched the quad-core Infinium Z45 Nova smartphone under its Infinium series. The smartphone is priced at Rs 4,999 and is available exclusively via ecommerce retailer Flipkart.
The Videocon Infinium Z45 Nova has a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display with 480 x 854 pixels resolution and a pixel density of 218ppi. It has a 1.3GHz quad-core MediaTek processor coupled with 1GB of RAM. The smartphone comes with 8GB of inbuilt storage expandable up to 32 GB via microSD card slot. It has a 5 MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a VGA front camera. The Infinium Z45 Nova runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat OS.
The budget Videocon Infinium Z45 Nova supports dual-SIM with dual standby functionality. Connectivity options included are Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, GPS/ A-GPS, GPRS/ EDGE, and 3G support. It has inbuilt accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensors. The device comes pre-loaded with popular apps Hungama, Fun Zone, GT Racing 2 and Modern Combat 4 as well as a 90 days free subscription of V-secure and V-safe. The smartphone is backed by a 1700mAh battery and is available in black and white colors.
Last week, Videocon had launched the Infinium Z50 Nova for Rs. 5,999. The smartphone supports dual-SIM functionality and runs Android 4.4.2 KitKat out-of-the-box. It has a 5-inch qHD display, a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor with 1GB of RAM and is backed by a 1900 mAh battery. The smartphone has an 8MP autofocus camera with Sony Exmor R sensor and a 2 MP front camera for video calling.
