After a busy August with phones such as the Google Pixel 10 series, Vivo V60, and others, we may see some exciting launches in September 2025 as well. According to reports, Apple may introduce its flagship iPhone 17 series, including the new iPhone 17 Air, while Samsung may release the next iteration of its fan edition. Furthermore, Oppo, Lava, and other smartphone manufacturers are expected to launch new devices in the Indian market, expanding their mid-range and entry-level offerings. Motorola is also introducing the Razr 60 crystal edition.
Here are all the possible launches happening in September 2025:
The Apple iPhone 17 series is already in the headlines for its possible launch on September 9. However, Apple has not confirmed it yet. If rumours are true, we may get to see iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air (instead of the iPhone 17 Plus), iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max (with a new design and improved specs).
It must be noted that all the devices could get the price hike due to the supply chain disruptions and uncertainty about the tariffs.
Samsung is also reportedly planning to introduce the Galaxy S25 FE, possibly on September 5, 2025, at IFA Berlin. Again, we are yet to hear from Samsung about anything as of now. Speaking of the specifics, the device is said to feature a flat frame, triple camera, and five colour options. It may offer a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel, up to 8GB, and almost a 5,000 mAh battery. It could be priced at Rs 62,999.
The Oppo F31 series is expected to launch in India between September 12 and 14. The lineup may include Oppo F31, F31 Pro, and F31 Pro+. The leaks suggest a 7,000mAh battery across all models, with the Pro+ powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, while the Pro and standard models use Dimensity 7300 and Dimensity 6300 chipsets, respectively.
Motorola is set to launch the Razr 60 Swarovski Edition in India on September 1, featuring 35 Swarovski crystals in a 3D quilted finish. As per the reports, the device may retain the Razr 60 specifications, including a 6.9-inch LTPO pOLED display, 50MP dual rear cameras, and a 32MP front camera. The device may pack a 4,500mAh battery with 30W wired charging support.
As per the reports, the Lava Agni 3 successor may also debut in September. However, the details about the launch date, specifications, design, and more remain under wraps. But the rumours suggest that the device could be priced slightly higher compared to its predecessor.
