Samsung will tentatively reveal its next iteration of Foldable smartphones in July 2025. The lineup is likely to comprise the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7. While Samsung is yet to reveal any details on it, leaks have been giving sneak peeks of the upcoming devices. A recent rumour suggested that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 could get a major upgrade in terms of design, camera, and processor. The handset is tipped to pack a Snapdragon 8 Elite.

Samsung is likely to unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7 in early July at its Galaxy Unpacked event in 2025. The book-style foldable will likely be accompanied by the Galaxy Z Flip 7, smartwatches and other products.
According to a recent report, the purported Galaxy Z Fold 7 could be the slimmest foldable phone, with an 8.9mm thickness when folded and 4.5mm when unfolded. The phone is tipped to have an 8-inch expansive display and a 6.5-inch cover display. It could get a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with 12GB RAM for performance.
Additionally, it is said to get improved cameras. The foldable is said to ship with Samsung’s 200 MP main camera, a 12MP secondary camera, and a 10MP sensor. The under-display camera has also been tipped to get some upgrade.
Other leaked details include a 4,500 mAh battery with 25W wired charging and 15W wireless charging. It may run on One UI 8 out of the box.

The rumours suggest that the Galaxy Z Fold 7 could be pricier than its predecessor Galaxy Z Fold 6. The phone is likely to be priced at Rs 1,64,999 for the base model.
