Samsung is set to unveil its latest flagship series soon in the market, with the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra being at the top of the series. Although the release date is yet to be announced by Samsung, the rumours and leaks surrounding the device have managed to give us a list of features that can be found soon. The smartphone is reported to come with a number of features, including a fresh design and improved performance. Aside from that, leaks also suggest that the S26 Ultra may become the first model of the S series to be launched in the Indian market with 16GB RAM and 1TB internal storage. Here’s everything we know so far about the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. 

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra storage (Expected)

The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to come with storage options that go up to 1TB. Previously, the maxed-out 16GB RAM + 1TB storage variant was limited to just four markets, notably Taiwan, South Korea, China, and Hong Kong. However, Samsung is expected to expand the availability of maxed-out configurations with the launch of the Galaxy S26 Ultra.

According to leaker AhmedQwaider, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra 16GB + 1TB model is confirmed to be launched in Egypt and may roll out in other countries in the Middle East as well. Although the details regarding the possible launch in the US and European markets remained unknown, he suggested that Samsung should ideally introduce this high-end option in major markets such as Germany, India, the UK, and the US to better cater to power users who require more memory.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra specifications and features (Expected)

The smartphone is expected to sport a 6.9-inch Quad HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Furthermore, the device is anticipated to run on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor. Out of the box, it is tipped to feature One UI 8.5, an Android skin based on the latest Android 16.

The phone may also be bundled with a 5,000mAh or 5,400mAh battery and 60W fast charging. Talking about the cameras, the Galaxy S26 Ultra sports a 200MP primary camera sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 5x optical zoom ability, and a 12MP telephoto lens with 3x zoom. For selfies, the phone will house a 12MP front camera.

While the company has not officially announced anything yet, the leaks and rumours suggest that Samsung may unveil the Galaxy S26 Ultra with the S26 series in its Galaxy Unpacked 2026 event on February 25, 2026.

Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra price in India (Expected)

Early reports suggest that the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra may get launched with a price tag of Rs 1,35,000 in India. Furthermore, industry experts also suggest that if the Galaxy S26 Ultra with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage makes it to the Indian market, then it may cost around Rs 1,70,000.

Do note that the prices are not official and the final launch prices may be higher. The global RAM prices are already hiking, and it has started impacting brands, as you can see in the prices around the models that were previously launched.
