Samsung, after launching the Galaxy S25 Edge, is now reportedly planning to introduce the Galaxy S25 FE. The new fan edition device is said to have the same camera setup as its predecessor, the Galaxy S24 FE. Previously, it was reported that the device may come powered by the in-house Exynos chipset.
While the company has not officially revealed the launch timeline, specifications, pricing, and other details at the moment, the rumour mill has suggested some key details about the upcoming device. Here’s everything we know about the Galaxy S25 FE.
If the reports are believed to be true, the Samsung Galaxy S25 FE could get a 12MP front camera, an upgrade over the 10MP front camera on the Galaxy S24 FE. The rear camera setup includes an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom and a 12MP ultrawide sensor. The device may feature a 50MP primary shooter.
As per the leaks and Geekbench listing, the Galaxy S25 FE could feature the Exynos 2400 chipset. It may come with 8GB of RAM and run on Android 16 with One UI 8. However, some reports also suggest that Samsung is considering MediaTek’s Dimensity 9400 in some regions, and we may again see a region-specific hardware strategy.
The device may feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It may come backed by a 4,700 mAh battery with 25W charging support. It may run on Android 16-based One UI 8.
