The Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge was unveiled at the Galaxy Unpacked 2025 event. The device, marketed as the brand’s slimmest smartphone, has sparked widespread interest due to its design and potential specifications. Some fans are even comparing it to the rumored iPhone 17 Air, which is expected to be released in September.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to be 5.84mm thick and feature 1.32mm ultra thin bezels. While Samsung has not confirmed the device’s launch date or specifications, here’s what we know so far about the upcoming device.
The Galaxy S25 Edge is expected to feature a 6.7-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device may be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, which includes a dedicated vapor cooling chamber. It may be equipped with up to 12GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. Because of its slim design, the smartphone may feature a 3,900 mAh battery. It will run Android 15 with One UI 7.

In terms of camera, the device is expected to have a large 200MP primary shooter and a 50MP ultrawide sensor.
