Samsung is gearing up to bring the Snapdragon-powered variant of its flagship Galaxy S24 5G to India. The handset, which was launched globally last year with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, is being teased via Flipkart along with its price and specifications. Interestingly, the Exynos-powered Galaxy S24, which went on sale last year in India, has been removed from the platform. The handset is teased to be available in Amber Yellow, Cobalt Violet, Marble Grey, and Onyx Black colourways.

According to the listing, the Galaxy S24 5G’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 variant will make its India debut during the Flipkart Big Billion Days Sale 2025, scheduled to kick off on September 23.
While the phone is listed with a ” coming soon banner at Rs 74,999 for the 8GB RAM + 128GB variant, and Rs 79,999 for the 8GB RAM + 256GB option. However, Flipkart’s sale page has teased the Galaxy S24 5G to be available for under Rs 40,000 during the BBD sale.
On the hardware front, the Galaxy S24 5G will feature the exact specifications as its US counterpart. It features a 6.2-inch FHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Under the hood is Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 paired with an Adreno 750 GPU, 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage. The phone runs Android 15-based One UI 7, and Samsung has promised up to seven years of OS upgrades.
In the camera department, the smartphone features a triple rear setup: a 50MP wide lens, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. It will house a 12MP sensor for selfies and video calls. Furthermore, the device will be equipped with a 4,000mAh battery and support 25W wired fast charging.
