Samsung Galaxy M36 5G gets rs 500 discount on Amazon Deal
Just ahead of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7 launch, the company has introduced a new M-series smartphone, the Galaxy M36 5G, in India. The phone is priced under Rs 20,000 and offers a suite of Galaxy AI features like Circle to Search, Google Gemini Live and more. The Galaxy M35 successor also offers an AMOLED display, a triple rear camera setup and a capable battery. Samsung Galaxy M36 5G is launched at a price of Rs 16,499, including the bank offers. The device will compete with the CMF Phone 2 Pro and the OnePlus Nord CE 4 Lite. It is available in three different colour options – Seren Green, Velvet Black and Orange Haze. The handset will go on sale via Amazon, Samsung India’s online store, and offline retail stores starting from July 12.

The Samsung Galaxy M36 5G sports a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and Corning Gorilla Glass Victus protection, which is claimed to provide 2.0m fall endurance. It sports a hole-punch cutout for the front-facing camera. As per Samsung, the handset has a thickness of 7.7mm. For performance, the handset packs a 5nm-based Exynos 1380 processor paired with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone further runs on One UI 7 out of the box, with six years of software updates.
For optics, the Samsung Galaxy M36 5G ships with a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel main camera with support for optical image stabilisation (OIS), an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro shooter. The phone also houses a 13-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calls. Both front and rear cameras of the Galaxy M36 5G support 4K video recording.
Additionally, the Galaxy M36 5G is backed by a 5000mAh battery that supports 25W fast charging.
