Xiaomi is reportedly gearing up to introduce the Redmi Note 15 series in the Indian market soon. As per tipster Abhishek Yadav, the company is planning to introduce the lineup in two splits. The Redmi Note 15 will debut first and will be followed by the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus. While the brand has not confirmed the exact details, here’s everything we know about the launch timeline, lineup, specs and price range.
According to Abhishek Yadav, the Redmi Note 15 will launch in India next month and will weigh around 170 grams. On the other hand, the Redmi Note 15 Pro and Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus are said to launch in February. However, Xiaomi has yet to confirm the split launch strategy.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus and Note 15 Pro may offer a 6.83-inch CrystalRes AMOLED panel with 120Hz refresh rate and 3,200 nits peak brightness. Both devices are also tipped to offer Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection. Under the hood, the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus may get a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chip, and the Redmi Note 15 Pro could get a MediaTek Dimensity 7400-Ultra chip. The devices may feature an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance. The Pro Plus may offer a 6,500 mAh battery while the Pro could offer a 6,580 mAh battery.
In terms of the camera, both devices may have a 200MP main and an 8MP ultrawide camera. However, other details remain under wraps.
The Redmi Note 15 may offer a 6.77-inch AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It could get a Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 chipset and could run on HyperOS 2. It can get a 5,520 mAh battery and 45W charging support. It may also offer an IP65 rating.
In terms of the camera, the device may offer a 108MP main and an 8MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, it may offer a 20MP front camera.
As per the reports, the Redmi Note 15 could be priced at around Rs 20,000, while the Redmi Note 15 Pro could be priced between Rs 27,000 and Rs 30,000. The Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus is said to be priced at around Rs 35,000. However, the actual prices may differ.
