After the Redmi 15 5G, Xiaomi’s sub-brand is all set to introduce the Redmi Note 15 series in its home country. The lineup is expected to include the Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus, Redmi Note 15 Pro, and Redmi Note 15. The Redmi Note 14 series successor is expected to launch with some impressive upgrades, including the design, durability, battery, performance, and display. Xiaomi has confirmed that the Redmi Note 15 series will be making its China debut on August 21 at 4:30 PM IST. The event will be livestreamed on social media platforms. It must be noted that the Redmi Note 15 series India launch date is not confirmed at the moment and could be announced soon. According to the tipster, the Redmi Note 15 Pro series could launch in India in October.
The Redmi Note 15 Pro Plus will reportedly get a quad-curved 1.5K display with a Crystal Glass layer for added durability. It is also said to get IP69K certification for dust and water resistance. Further, the reports also suggest that the device could get a triple rear camera setup led by a 50MP OIS main shooter. It may also feature a 50MP telephoto sensor.
The device could be backed by a 7,000 mAh battery. Under the hood, the device could feature a Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.
While it is too early to talk about the pricing speculations, the Redmi Note 15 series could be more costly than its predecessor. To recall, the Redmi Note 14 was introduced at Rs 18,999, the Redmi Note 14 Pro was priced at Rs 24,999, and the Redmi Note 14 Pro Plus was priced at Rs 30,999.
