Xiaomi has officially introduced the Redmi A7 Pro in the Indian market. Notably, this is the first Pro model in the A series and aims to deliver a balanced experience with a large display, big battery and 5G connectivity in the budget segment. The Redmi A7 Pro 5G features a 6.9-inch display with a 120Hz refresh rate and peak brightness of up to 800 nits. It also includes TÜV Rheinland certifications and DC dimming for reduced eye strain. The smartphone is backed by a 6300mAh battery with 15W charging support and 7.5W reverse wired charging. It runs on an octa-core 5G processor and supports virtual RAM expansion for smoother multitasking.

On the camera front, it offers a 32MP dual rear camera setup and an 8MP front camera. Additional features include Xiaomi HyperOS 3.0, AI tools like Circle to Search, IP52 rating, side-mounted fingerprint sensor and expandable storage up to 2TB.

Redmi A7 Pro 5G price in India

The Redmi A7 Pro 5G starts at Rs 11,499 as part of an introductory offer. The base 4GB + 64GB variant is priced at Rs 12,499, while the 4GB + 128GB model costs Rs 13,499 before discounts. The smartphone will be available via Amazon India, Mi.com and offline retail stores starting April 15, 2026. Buyers can also avail benefits such as no-cost EMI for up to three months.
