Xiaomi has officially introduced the Redmi 15C in the Indian market with a series of upgrades over its predecessor, the Redmi 14C. It offers an improved display, a 120Hz refresh rate panel, a MediaTek Dimensity chipset, and a dual camera setup. The device will be available on Amazon, Xiaomi e-store and retail channel partners starting December 11. The device also offers an improved battery life over the Redmi 14C. The Redmi 15C is priced at Rs 12,499 for the base 4GB + 128GB variant, while the 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs 13,999. The 8GB and 128GB variant is priced at Rs 15,499. The device is available in different colour options- Dusk Purple, Moonlight Blue and Midnight Black.

The Redmi 15C comes with a 6.9-inch HD+ panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and 810 nits peak brightness. The device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 6nm processor and also has the Arm Mali-G57 MC2 GPU. It is paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4X RAM with 128GB UFS2.2 internal storage, which can be expanded to 1TB with a MicroSD card. It runs on Android 15-based Xiaomi HyperOS 2. The brand promises 2 years of software updates and 4 years of security updates. It ships with a 6,000 mAh battery pack with 33W charging support.

Speaking of the camera, the device comes with a dual camera setup led by a 50MP main camera and a secondary camera. On the front, the device offers an 8MP selfie camera. The device features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and a 3.5mm audio jack along with FM Radio. The device also features IP64 certification for dust and water resistance.

In terms of connectivity, the device offers 5G, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS + GLONASS and USB Type-C Port.
