Poco has just announced its mid-premium smartphone in India – Poco F7, giving stiff competition to the iQOO Neo 10. The handset has arrived with promising on-paper specifications. On the other hand, we have the iQOO Neo 10, which debuted last month in India. Priced at Rs 31,999 for the base 8GB + 128GB configuration, the handset has performed well in our testing. Notably, both handsets come equipped with a Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor.

The newly launched Poco F7 comes with a 6.83-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, 1.5K resolution and up to 3200 nits peak brightness. Whereas the iQOO Neo 10 features a slightly smaller 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 5000 nits of peak brightness.
Both devices are powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 processor, a slightly toned-down version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite. The Poco F7 packs up to 12GB LPDDR5x RAM, up to 24GB of Turbo RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. On the other hand, the iQOO Neo 10 ships with 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 storage.
Additionally, both Poco F7 and iQOO Neo 10 run on Android 15-based custom UI. However, the Poco F7 promises 4 years of major software updates and 6 Years of security patches, while the iQOO Neo 10 will receive 3 years of OS updates and 4 years of security updates.
In terms of cameras, the newly launched Poco F7 features a 50MP Dual Camera IMX 882 camera setup on the back. We can also see the 50MP mention in the smartphone design, confirming the rumours. On the other hand, the iQOO Neo 10’s dual rear camera setup comprises a 50MP Sony IMX882 main camera and an 8MP ultra-wide lens.

For selfies and video calls, the Poco F7 houses a 20MP camera, whereas the Neo 10 comes with a 32MP front camera.
The Poco F7 is backed by a 7550mAh battery, supported by a 90W fast charger, while the iQOO Neo 10 features a 7,000mAh battery with support for a 120W fast charger.
Both Poco F7 and iQOO Neo 10 come at a starting price of Rs 31,999 without offers. However, the former offers 12GB RAM and 256GB storage, whereas the latter has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage for the same price.
