OnePlus is gearing up for its next big flagship reveal. The company has officially confirmed the global launch of its upcoming OnePlus 15 lineup, including the OnePlus Ace 6, which will arrive in India as the OnePlus 15R. The phones are set to debut in China this October, followed by a global rollout soon after. OnePlus has also teased the new device in an eye-catching Sand Storm colour finish, hinting at a refreshed design language and a more premium feel.
The device is also tipped to pack new hardware upgrades and improved durability. Here’s everything we know so far.
Early leaks and reports suggest that the OnePlus 15R will feature a flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a blazing-fast 165Hz refresh rate, offering smoother visuals for gamers and multimedia users alike. The device will likely be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset.
Additionally, it may ship with a massive 7800mAh unit with 120W fast charging support. This is a huge step up from the 6000mAh battery on the OnePlus 13R.
On the camera front, the 15R is expected to retain the triple-camera setup seen on its predecessor, but with upgraded sensors. Other leaked details include an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner for faster unlocking, and IP68/IP69 certification for water and dust resistance. The phone will reportedly be available in Black, Silver, and White colour variants.

As for pricing, reports suggest the OnePlus 15R could launch in India at around Rs 44,999, up from the Rs 39,999 tag of the 13R. The flagship OnePlus 15 is expected to be priced between Rs 70,000 and Rs 75,000.
The India launch is rumoured to take place between December 15 and December 25, just in time for the holiday season.
