OnePlus is preparing to launch its next flagship, the OnePlus 15, which is expected to debut in China in October 2025, followed by its rollout to India and global markets in early 2026. While the company has not yet confirmed any details, fresh leaks are offering an early look at what could be the most significant design overhaul in years. A leaked image has offered the possible first glimpse of the anticipated OnePlus 15, suggesting significant design changes alongside fresh details on its configurations. The render, shared by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore on X (formerly Twitter), hints at a redesigned rear camera setup.
Here’s everything we know so far about the OnePlus 15.
The image suggests that OnePlus is moving away from the circular camera island seen on the OnePlus 13. Instead, the upcoming OnePlus 15 appears to adopt a square-shaped camera module with rounded corners, reportedly housing three sensors. The leak also hints at three colour options, Black, Purple, and Titanium, which could mark a shift towards more premium finishes.
According to leaks, the OnePlus 15 may feature a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with 1.5K resolution and a blazing-fast 165Hz refresh rate, making it one of the smoothest displays in the smartphone segment. Under the hood, the device is tipped to be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chipset, paired with a custom Oryon CPU, Adreno 840 GPU, LPDDR5X RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage. Reports also claim the presence of a 16MB performance cache, which could enhance multitasking and overall speed.
Battery capacity could also see a major upgrade, with leaks pointing to a 7,300mAh unit supporting 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. On the optics front, the handset is expected to pack a 50MP LYT700 primary sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 50MP 3x periscope telephoto camera. For selfies, a 32MP front camera is likely.
Other leaked features include an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner and IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, putting the phone in direct competition with other premium flagships.
