The Chinese smartphone maker is preparing to expand its OnePlus 13 series with a new compact-sized OnePlus 13s. The device is expected to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus 13t, which was released in China a few weeks ago. The OnePlus 13s is said to fall between the OnePlus 13R and the OnePlus 13.
The device’s microsite is already live on Amazon, and it confirms that it will feature a dual camera setup, an AMOLED panel, and an all-new Plus key. It will also include a 32MP front-facing camera and a slew of AI features, according to the teaser. OnePlus 13s will be India-centric and will launch on June 5 at 12 noon IST. The fans can watch the event live on YouTube and follow social media pages for live updates and price announcements.
The OnePlus 13s is confirmed to come with a 6.32-inch full-HD+ AMOLED panel with a variable 120Hz refresh rate. The device is confirmed to boast a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, similar to the OnePlus 13. It may also get a dedicated vapour cooler chamber for better thermal management and could come paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. It may run on Android 15-based skin. It may get a 6,260 mAh battery and support 90W fast charging.
As for the camera, the device may feature a dual 50MP camera setup including a telephoto sensor. However, we may not see an ultrawide lens. The device, as stated above, will feature a 32MP front camera.
The teaser also suggests that the device will support 5.5G, also known as 5G Advanced.
