Nothing is gearing up to introduce the next generation Phone 4a series in India as soon as next week. The lineup is said to feature the Phone 4a and Phone 4a Pro. While the company has officially teased the Phone 4a design, the Phone 4a Pro is still a highly anticipated phone and remains under the spotlight. As per the leaks, the device is said to feature big upgrades over its predecessor, the Nothing Phone 3a Pro. It includes better display, performance, design and camera. And here are the changes that we are expecting this year.
As per the reports, the Nothing Phone 4a Pro is said to get a 6.83-inch AMOLED with 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, a big upgrade over 6.77-inch FHD+ 120Hz panel. The reports also mention that the device may offer a peak brightness of 3,000 nits.
FOr the unversed, the Nothing Phone 3a Pro was introduced with a Snapdragon 7s Gen 3. And this year, the Phone 4a Pro, as per the leaks, will debut with either Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 or the even more powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. The device may also feature some new Galaxy AI features, thanks to the Nothing OS 4.0.
Unlike the Nothing Phone 3a Pro’s polycarbonate body, the Phone 4a Pro is said to feature an aluminum unibody frame. The rumours also suggest that the device may get a IP65 or IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, a big upgrade from IP54 rating.
As per the reports, the Nothing Phone 4a Pro may get the Glyph Matrix from the recently introduced Phone 3. This means you can expect an advanced grid-based LED system for more detailed lights, animations and notifications compared to Glyph Bar that was present in Phone 3a series.
Again, the rumors suggest that the Nothing Phone 4a Pro could get a 50MP Sony main sensor with OIS and a telephoto lens capable of 3.5x optical zoom and a staggering 140x digital zoom. However, all the details are not confirmed at the moment.
The Nothing Phone 4a series will be introduced on March 5. It will be available via Nothing e-store, Flipkart and other retail channel partners. The device could be priced in between Rs 35,000 and Rs 40,000. Again, it is not confirmed yet.
