Nothing Phone 2a
London-based smartphone maker, Nothing is currently working on its next flagship- the Nothing Phone 3a. The company has teased the “Nothing Phone 3a Series” on Flipkart and it can drop on March 4. Now, the term “Series” clearly indicates that Nothing can launch the Phone 3a and Phone 3a Plus on March 4. According to new leaks also, it won’t be just one smartphone that gets launched on that day.
Now, we don’t know much about the Nothing Phone 3a Plus but rumours suggest that Nothing Phone 3a can pack some significant upgrades over its predecessor. And with Nothing Phone 3a’s rumoured features, we can get an idea of how the Phone 3a Plus will be.
We can see a larger display on the Phone 3a this time. On the performance front, it can run on a new Qualcomm chipset, a switch from the MediaTek Dimensity processor used in the Phone 2a. Even the cameras are expected to get an upgrade. So, let’s take a look at them!
On the front, the Nothing Phone 3a can pack a 6.8-inch OLED display with up to 120Hz refresh rate. This can make it the largest display on any Nothing phone till now. Further, the device is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 3 chipset, and it will most likely run on Nothing OS 3.1 based on Android 15.
For cameras, the Nothing Phone 3a is said to include a 50-megapixel primary rear camera paired with a 50-megapixel telephoto lens offering 2x optical zoom. This marks the first time Nothing has included a telephoto lens in its lineup. However, this comes at the cost of the ultra-wide camera, which is expected to be downgraded to 8-megapixel. On the front, a 32-megapixel selfie camera is expected.
Lastly, the Nothing Phone 3a can house a 5,000mAh battery and 45W wired charging, the same as the Nothing Phone 2a.
Now, as for the pricing, there is no information on it on the internet but I am guessing it will be launched under Rs 25,000, just like the Nothing Phone 2a.
