Motorola seems to be on a launching spree as the brand has been announcing one after another smartphone in India. After introducing the Motorola Edge 60 in India earlier this month, the company has started teasing its next launch, and it could be a G-series smartphone. While the name of the smartphone and other details remain under wraps, the Flipkart landing page says a new handset is coming soon with a dual rear camera setup, a quad-curve display and a reliable performance.

Motorola has yet to announce the launch date. However, the phone could debut next month.
Motorola G96 5G 5G design. According to the teaser poster, the phone will come in four colour options in the shades: Green, Blue, Pink and Teal Blue. The handset is teased to sport a dual rear camera setup housed in vertically positioned two separate circular modules. Additionally, the device can also be seen sporting a vegan leather finish on its back panel.
On the front, it is confirmed to feature a quad-curved display with a punch-hole camera cutout.

Motorola hasn’t revealed any details of the Motorola G96. However, rumours suggest that the handset may come with a 6.67-inch pOLED curved display offering a 144Hz refresh rate. The device could come equipped with Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC.
It will likely ship with a 50MP Sony Lytia LYT-700C sensor with OIS, along with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with a macro option. On the front, it is expected to pack a 32MP front camera.
In terms of battery, the Motorola G96 could be backed by a 5,500mAh battery with 68W fast charging support. It is also tipped to feature IP68 ratings for dust and water resistance.
