Motorola Stingray: Motorola and Verizon’s upcoming Android 3.0 FiOS-enabled TV tablet

Updated on 17-Aug-2010

It seems Motorola’s tablet is on its way after all, and is currently codenamed the Motorola Stingray, or the Moto MZ600. Unfortunately, no pictures accompany the mysterious name, but speculation abounds, and a Verizon collaboration as an FiOS-enabled TV tablet remains a distinct possibility.

Other juicy rumoured specs include a 10-inch display, an NVIDIA Tegra 2 chipset, and front-and-rear facing cameras. Though Android 2.2 is the likely operating system, the possibility of Motorola waiting to bring out the Motorola Stingray TV tablet straight to Android 3.0 Gingerbread can’t be denied, sometime by the beginning of next year.
