The Motorola Razr 60 Ultra 5G India launch date has officially been confirmed. The clamshell-style foldable smartphone will debut on May 13, 2025. The company has started teasing the design, key specifications, and other details ahead of the official debut. The phone is confirmed to be available via Amazon. It is claimed to be the world’s most powerful and fastest-charging flip phone. Additionally, the device will debut in three colour options: Mountain Trail, Rio Red, and Scarab shades.

The upcoming Motorola Razr 60 Ultra is claimed to come with a new redesigned titanium hinge, a hole punch design on the main inner display, thin bezels, and dual outward-facing cameras on the cover display. The handset is further teased to sport an Alcantara, Vegan Leather and Wood Finish for the Rio Red, Scarab and Mountain Trail shades, respectively.
In terms of specifications, the smartphone is confirmed to pack a Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 512GB of UFS 4.1 onboard storage. The handset will come with a redesigned titanium hinge, Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic cover display protection and an IP48 rating.
The smartphone is also teased to be the first flip phone to ship with a dual 50-megapixel sensors at the back and a 50-megapixel sensor at the front for selfies and video calls. The handset will come equipped with Moto AI 2.0 suite features as well.
While others details are yet to be revealed, rumours suggest that the Motorola Razr 60 ultra may come with similar features to its global counterpart, launched in April 2025. The phone could get a 7-inch pOLED LTPO inner display with a 165Hz refresh rate and a 4-inch pOLED LTPO cover display. It may feature a 4,700mAh battery with support for a 68W fast charging and 30w wireless charging.
Motorola is yet to reveal the price for the upcoming Razr 60 Ultra, however, the smartphone is expected to come with a price tag of around Rs. 1,11,000 for the base variant. Last year’s Motorola Razr 50 Ultra was launched at a starting price of Rs 99,999.
