Moto G96 5G full specs officially confirmed ahead of India launch
After a series of launches, Motorola is gearing up to launch the G96 5G smartphone in India next week. The company has started sharing the teasers on X, hinting that the device will offer Pantone validated colours and offer good performance and camera setup. Additionally, the device will also come with the curved display with water touch support and an IP68 certification. It may also feature a dual camera setup.

The Motorola G96 5G will be launching in India on July 9 at 12 noon IST, confirmed by the company on X. The brand has also confirmed that the device will launch in Ashleigh Blue, Dresden Blue, Cattleya Orchid, and Greener Pastures colour options. The micropage is also live on Flipkart, hinting about the availability.

The Motorola G96 5G is said to launch with a 6.67-inch 10-bit 3D curved pOLED panel with 144Hz refresh rate. It may get a 1,600 nits peak brightness and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It may also offer water touch technology and SGS Eye protection features. The device may come powered by the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC. paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. It may also house a 5,500 mAh battery and run on Android 15 based Hello UI.
For camera, the device may get a 50MP Sony Lytia 700C OIS primary sensor. It may also get an 8MP Macro Vision camera. The device may also offer a 32MP selfie camera.
The Motorola G96 5G is expected to debut with a price tag of around Rs 22,990 for the 12GB RAM and 256 GB storage. However, the exact price range remains under wraps.
