Motorola has finally introduced the Edge 70 in the Indian market. The Edge 60 successor comes with a thin form factor, that is, 5.99mm thickness and weighs around 159 grams. The device also features an aircraft-grade aluminum frame along with IP68 + IP69 dust and water resistance. Additionally, the device comes with better performance, display, camera, battery and other aspects. The device also comes with a host of AI features. Motorola Edge 70 comes with a 6.7-inch 1.5K AMOLED panel and 120Hz refresh rate. The device is protected by Gorilla Glass 7i and offers 4,500 nits peak brightness. The device is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset and also comes with a dedicated vapour cooling chamber and is paired with 8GB LPDDR5X and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device is backed by a 5,000 mAh silicone carbon battery and 68W fast charging. It also supports 15W wireless charging. It runs on Android 16-based Hello UI and will get 3 Android updates and 4 years of security patches.
As for the camera, the device offers a 50MP main and a 50MP ultrawide camera. For selfies, it comes with a 50MP front camera. It also offers AI features like AI Image Studio, AI Playlist Studio, Moto AI and more.
The Motorola Edge 70 comes with a price tag of Rs 29,999 in the Indian market. It will be available starting December 23 and can be purchased from Flipkart, Motorola.in and offline retail stores.
