Motorola is all set to launch its G5S Plus on August 29 in India. The company has sent out media invites reading “Are you ready to find your focus? New Moto G5S Plus”. The G5S was unveiled worldwide along with G5S earlier this month. A dedicated page can be found on Amazon India. It displays the launch of the Moto G5S Plus on August 29 at 12pm IST and that the smartphone will be exclusively sold through the website. The price of the smartphone starts from 299 EUR (Rs 22,700 approx). There is no information yet regarding the pricing of the device in India.

The exact sale date of Moto G5S Plus is yet unknown as Amazon has evidently only referred to the unveiling of the smartphone. We already know that the main highlight of the Moto G5S Plus is its camera which is a dual camera setup at the back, with two 13MP sensors. It also sports an 8MP front camera with wide-angle lens. The smartphone flaunts a full metal unibody build even the top and bottom edges.

The G5S Plus sports a 5.5-inch Full HD Display and runs on Android Nougat 7.1.1. It is powered by a 2.0GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 platform. The phone is expected to be launched in India with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage along with a 4GB RAM, 64GB built-in storage variant as well. It is powered by a 3000mAh battery.

It is not yet known if the G5S Plus will be updated to Android 8.0 Oreo however, we think the phone will be one of the first in Moto’s portfolio to receive the Android O update.
