Apple is expected to launch the iPhone 17 series next month. If leaks are believed to be true, this year’s lineup could see slight changes with the addition of the new iPhone 17 Air. While we do not know much about the upcoming devices, the leaks suggest that the iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max could get big changes, specifically in terms of design, performance, and features. If true, we might finally get to see a changed rear panel. Additionally, there might be some changes to display, performance, and other aspects. Here’s everything we know so far about both devices.
The Apple iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max is expected to launch on September 8. All the devices are expected to be on sale starting September 19. It must be noted that these are not the confirmed dates and Apple is yet to announce the details.

The iPhone 17 Pro is expected to feature a 6.3-inch super Retina OLED panel with ProMotion tech while the iPhone 17 Pro Max could get a 6.9-inch display. Both the devices are expected to come with A19 Pro chipset and likely to feature 12GB RAM. The iPhone 17 Pro is said to get a 4,500 mAh battery while the iPhone 17 Pro Max could get a 5,000 mAh battery.
For camera, both iPhone 17 Pro and iPhone 17 Pro Max could get similar camera setup including a triple 48MP setup. On the front, the entire iPhone 17 series could get a 24MP front facing camera.
Both the devices are said to get a rectangular camera island along with a familiar triple camera setup. Additionally, Apple may offer an aluminium frame, moving away from Titanium frame. Both the devices will also get a dedicated vapour cooler chamber.
The Apple iPhone 17 Pro is expected to launch with a price tag of around Rs 1,45,000 and the iPhone 17 Pro Max could be priced at Rs 1,64,990. It is worth noting that these are based on the basis of early leaks.
