The HTC Desire 516 is a budget smartphone that's been launched as a clear alternative to the Moto G.

The HTC Desire 516 has been launched in India offically, it is priced at Rs. 14,200. Here is what the HTC Desire 516 has to offer. 

The HTC Desire 516 runs on Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean topped over with HTC sense UI v5.1. The Desire 516 is a dual-SIM smartphone that is similar to the popular Moto G. It comes with 5-in qHD display running on a Snapdragon 200 SoC with quad-core 1.2 GHz Cortex-A7 processor with a Adreno 302 GPU and 1 GB of RAM.

In terms of storage it has 4 GB internally and has the option to use a micro SD card up to 32GB. The HTC Desire 516 boasts a 5 MP camera at the back with an LED flash and a 2 MP camera up front. It will have the regular array of connectivity options like 3G, GPRS/EDGE, Wifi, GPS/AGPS and Bluetooth. Everything is powered by a 1,950 mAh battery.
