Google is reportedly set to unveil its next-generation flagship smartphone lineup, the Pixel 10 series, in August. The tech giant is likely to introduce the standard Pixel 10, Pixel 10 Pro, and the larger Pixel 10 Pro XL. While the tech giant has been tight-lipped about the upcoming handsets, leaks and rumours have already been giving us glimpses of the devices. The phones are likely to retain a similar design with minor tweaks and several new AI features.
From the launch timeline to design and specifications, here’s what we know about the upcoming Pixel 10 series.
According to a new leak by X user @MysteryLupin (via GSMArena), the Pixel 10 series is likely to debut on August 13. However, it is yet to be confirmed by Google.
Recently, a leaked image from an alleged ad shoot surfaced on X (formerly Twitter), offering a glimpse into the design of the upcoming Pixel 10. The images appear similar to those of the Pixel 9 series, featuring a protruding camera visor that houses a triple rear camera setup alongside the popular temperature sensor.
The Pixel 10 and Pixel 10 Pro are said to feature a 6.3-inch AMOLED display, whereas the Pixel 10 Pro XL may come with a larger 6.8-inch AMOLED panel offering a peak brightness of up to 2,700 nits. All three handsets are expected to run on Android 16 with seven years of OS and security updates. The smartphones will be powered by the next-gen Tensor G5 chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM.
Additionally, the upcoming lineup may also feature a slew of new AI capabilities showcased at Google I/O 2025.
In terms of the camera, the base Pixel 10 is likely to receive a significant improvement, with a telephoto lens, which is typically reserved for the Pro variants. However, the brand may downgrade the primary and ultrawide sensors to balance the cost. On the other hand, the Pro models are expected to retain last year’s camera hardware, with some improvements in software and AI capabilities.
Although Google has yet to reveal any details, the Pixel 10 is likely to come with a price tag of around Rs 79,999 in India, $799 in the USA, and AED 3,400 in Dubai. Similarly, the Pixel 10 Pro may be priced starting at Rs 1,09,999 in India, and the Pixel 10 Pro XL may cost Rs 1,34,999 in India.
