The Zenbook 14 OLED includes Windows Hello face login, an ASUS ErgoSense keyboard, and new super-linear speakers. ASUS has emphasized these features as part of its effort to enhance the overall user experience. ASUS has also incorporated eco-friendly practices in the design and packaging of the Zenbook 14 OLED, which is pretty nice. The laptop has undergone US military-grade durability testing, which is a standard procedure for many ASUS products at this point.

The new ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED comes with a 75Wh battery, which ASUS claims gives high battery life. For charging, it features USB-C Easy Charge compatibility, which allows for flexible charging options. The Zenbook 14 OLED also offers a variety of ports, including Thunderbolt 4, USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A, HDMI 2.1, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The laptop’s display is a 3K ASUS Lumina OLED screen, as mentioned before, and supports a 120 Hz refresh rate. For audio, ASUS has included Harman Kardon-certified speakers with Dolby Atmos support. On the Privacy front, the laptop includes an FHD IR camera with a physical shutter.

But the real star of the show here seems to be the Intel Core Ultra 9 CPU, notably the 185H model from the 14th Gen (Meteor Lake), which marks a significant evolution from the 13th Gen (Raptor Lake) processors. It is built on Intel’s 4 process with EUV lithography, enhancing power efficiency by 20%. This generation introduces a 3D Performance Hybrid Architecture, combining Performance cores (P-cores), Efficiency cores (E-cores), and new Low Power E-cores, optimising both performance and energy efficiency.

A key feature of the 14th Gen is its emphasis on AI, with three AI engines (GPU, NPU, and CPU) for demanding AI workload, a notable advancement over the 13th Gen. The Core Ultra 9 includes integrated Arc Xe-LPG Graphics with 128 EUs, offering superior graphic capabilities compared to the Intel Iris XE iGPUs. The processor features 16 cores and 22 threads, a diverse core configuration aimed at balancing high performance with power efficiency. ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED India price will become available after its launch sometime in early January 2024.
