Asus is getting ready to launch a new Zenbook 14 OLED laptop in India, expanding its lineup with a sharper focus on AI powered performance and portability. The laptop is part of the brand’s latest AI PC push and is powered by AMD’s new Ryzen AI processors with dedicated NPUs for on device AI tasks. Alongside the Zenbook 14 OLED, Asus has also opened pre orders for the larger Zenbook S16. Both laptops are currently available for pre order and are set to launch in India next week. In addition to the Zenbook models, Asus has also announced a refreshed Vivobook lineup, which will bring AMD’s latest Ryzen AI processors to more affordable price segments. Read on to know more.

Asus announces new Zenbook 14 OLED and Zenbook S16

The new Zenbook 14 OLED is for professionals who want a thin and light laptop without giving up performance. It is powered by the AMD Ryzen AI 5 430 processor, which includes a dedicated NPU capable of delivering up to 50 TOPS of AI performance. This allows the laptop to support Copilot+ PC features and other AI assisted tools directly on the device. ASUS has kept the design compact, with the laptop weighing around 1.28 kg and measuring under 1.5 cm in thickness, making it easy to carry around for daily work.

On the front, the Zenbook 14 OLED features a 14 inch FHD+ OLED touchscreen with 100 percent DCI P3 colour coverage and HDR support. Asus is also promising long battery life of over 25 hours, along with fast charging support. Other features include a dedicated Copilot key, NumberPad integration on the touchpad, and a good selection of ports for everyday use. The laptop is aimed at users who need reliable performance for work, content consumption, and light creative tasks in a premium form factor.

Talking about Zenbook S16, it will come with a large 16-inch OLED display, a slim all metal chassis made using ASUS’ Ceraluminum material, and the AMD Ryzen AI 9 465 processor with a 50 TOPS NPU. The brand is also promising up to 23 hours of battery life for the device.

Price, availability and pre order offers in India

The ASUS Zenbook 14 OLED will be available in India at a starting price of Rs 1,15,990. It will be sold through Amazon and the ASUS Eshop, with availability starting from February 12. ASUS has also announced limited period pre order benefits for early buyers, which include extended warranty and accidental damage protection worth Rs 5,599, available at a token price of Rs 1. These offers are valid for a short time and are meant to add extra value for users planning to upgrade soon.

Alongside the Zenbook 14 OLED, ASUS has also opened pre orders for the Zenbook S16, which is positioned as the flagship model with a larger 16 inch OLED display and a more powerful Ryzen AI 9 processor.

About the new Vivobook laptops

Coming to the new Vivobook range, it consists of four laptops – Vivobook S16 (M3607GA), Vivobook 16 (M1607GA), Vivobook 15 (M1502NAQ), and Vivobook 16 (M1605NAQ).

The Vivobook S16 (priced at Rs 1,04,990), and the Vivobook 16, (starting at Rs 87,990), are powered by AMD Ryzen AI processors with up to 50 TOPS NPU support. These models are positioned for users who want AI features, larger displays, and battery life that can comfortably last through a full workday.

There are also the more affordable Vivobook 15 and Vivobook 16 models using standard AMD Ryzen processors. The Vivobook 15 starts at Rs 62,990, while the Vivobook 16 (M1605NAQ) is priced from Rs 65,990. Both laptops will be available from early March. These laptops focus on Full HD displays, DDR5 memory, and fast PCIe SSD storage, targeting everyday tasks like browsing, office work, and media consumption, making them the most accessible part of Asus’ 2026 lineup.
