The journey began earlier this year when SKOAR! announced the College Cup – powered by Oppo – setting the stage for one of the largest student esports tournaments in the region. The intra-college phase unfolded across 200 colleges, and gave students the opportunity to compete within their own campuses, build teams, and earn qualification through structured brackets.
The response was strong and consistent throughout the intra stage. Over 8,400 students participated, forming more than 2,000 teams across BGMI and VALORANT. Colleges saw sustained engagement as teams progressed through multiple rounds, sharpening strategies and competing for limited qualification slots.

With the intra stage now complete, the tournament moves forward to its next milestone. The Inter-College Tournament kicked off on December 22, 2025, marking a clear step up in competition. A total of 800 teams have qualified to represent their colleges as the field narrows and matchups become more intense.
As the tournament progresses into the inter-college phase, the partnership announced at the Digit Zero1 Awards 2025 continues to power the competition. Powered by Oppo, the SKOAR! College Cup now enters a stage where cross-college rivalries take centre stage and the intensity rises. The inter-college phase features 1,000 VALORANT players and 2,400 BGMI players, bringing together new rivalries and higher stakes. For SKOAR!, this transition marks a defining moment in the College Cup’s first edition, as the tournament builds excitement and anticipation across Delhi NCR’s student gaming community.
