Gameloft shows off Wild Blood trailer; coming to iPhone, iPad and Android

Updated on 23-Aug-2012

Wild Blood, Gameloft’s first game to be powered by Unreal engine will be making its way to the iPhone, iPad and Android devices. The company has shown off the first trailer of the game today and it does look impressive. Being powered by the Unreal 3 engine, a lot can be expected from the visuals of the device especially on the iPad 3.

The Wild Blood trailer shows some stunning 3D environments of the game along with the combat elements of the game. The protagonist in the trailer wields a bunch of weapons such as swords, hammers and more and performs some kick ass movies. The game is a third-person action adventure and the trailer does remind us of Infinity Blade quite a bit. There are action elements in the trailer that look quite reminiscent of God Of War as well. You can take a look at them in the trailer below.

No pricing or release date for the game has been mentioned but expectations from the developer are high. Gameloft has produced some really good games in the past such as N.O.V.A. 3 (read our review here) and The Dark Knight Rises (read our review here).

Gameloft has made a bunch of games based on blockbuster movies for the mobile platform such as the Amazing Spider-Man, MIB 3, Ice Age and more.
