Epic Games Store has kicked off its annual Christmas giveaway with daily mystery games running until December 31.

A leaked schedule hints at free titles like Detroit: Become Human, Mortal Kombat 11, and Farming Simulator 2022.

Red Dead Redemption 2 is reportedly set to headline the giveaway on December 31, though Epic has not confirmed the list.

Epic Games Store seems to have kicked off its annual year-end giveaway season. Recently, the gamers were able to get the Hogwarts Legacy for free and now a fresh leak has sparked excitement among PC gamers. If true, gamers all over the world will be able to get some big titles for free, including Red Dead Redemption 2.

As per the report, the store has already started distributing PC games as part of its holiday season, a tradition that runs from mid-December until the end of the year. While Epic Games itself has only confirmed the rollout of daily “mystery games,” an alleged schedule circulating on Chinese social media claims to reveal the full list of titles expected to be unlocked between December 18 and December 31.

Which games will be free and when will you get them?

If the leak proves accurate, players could see a mix of strategy, action, indie, and blockbuster releases offered one per day. The rumoured lineup includes titles such as Jurassic World: Evolution 2, Desperados 3, Total War: Warhammer, Loop Hero, Detroit: Become Human, Mortal Kombat 11, and Farming Simulator 2022. The most eye-catching entry on the list is Red Dead Redemption 2, which is tipped to close out the giveaway on December 31.

It must be noted that Epic Games has not verified the authenticity of the leaked list. However, the company continues to officially showcase the promotion as a daily mystery game event. However, the report claims that the same lineup has appeared across multiple Chinese platforms, giving some grounds to the claims. That said, Epic is known for previously repeated free titles during the holiday season, Jurassic World Evolution 2, for instance, was offered earlier this year.

If the rollout schedule is true, the combined retail values of the games would exceed Rs 21,000. For now, gamers will have to wait and claim each daily mystery title as it unlocks, with Epic expected to reveal new games every 24 hours through the end of December.
