BGMI Air beta testing: How to apply for early access, who is eligible and more details

Krafton is all set to launch BGMI Air in India later this year, most likely in December 2026. While we are a few days away from a possible release, the company recently opened the “closed beta testing audition” in India, and the last date to apply is November 9. The game maker has a dedicated form in this regard on its Instagram handle. A participant must be 18 or older to apply. Plus, users must be a resident of India. Interested players must have a valid government ID and a valid BGMI account ID. Plus, Krafton noted that enrolled players must be able to reach Mumbai, Delhi or Kolkata at their own expense.

Interested players will have to make a video of 15-60 seconds answering the question: Why they should get the first chance to experience BGMI Air. This video must be posted as an Instagram Reel, YouTube Short or uploaded to Google Drive. The clip must be accessible until the selection process is complete.

BGMI Air beta: How to enrol in early access?

Next, users must fill out the form available on BGMI Air’s official Instagram page and carefully read the terms and conditions before proceeding. In the second stage, users must enter details such as full name, DOB, age consent, gender, mobile number and e-mail ID. In the third stage, users must enter their BGMI account ID and in-game name, their smartphone brand and RAM, whether they make gaming content and a link to their Instagram or YouTube handle.

In the subsequent stage, users must enter the current city where they live in, PIN code, the city which they come to (from the three options listed above) and their mode of transport. In the final stage, users must post the video link and, if they posted the video on Instagram and tagged @BGMIAir and added the hashtag #BGMIAir in the post, share the link to their Instagram profile and fill the relevant checkboxes asking about the video. Krafton says selected users will receive a call for ID verification.

BGMI Air: Release date

The official Instagram handle of BGMI Air revealed in a now-deleted post that the game is set to arrive in December 2026. However, the deletion of the post is a sign that Krafton may have different plans.
