Dell Technologies has announced the launch of two new high-end gaming desktops in India, the Alienware Area-51 and Alienware Aurora. Both systems are powered by up to Intel Core Ultra 9 K-Series processors and NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 GPUs, offering top-tier performance for demanding gamers.
The Alienware Area-51 marks the return of the company’s flagship full-tower desktop. Featuring support for quad-slot graphics cards and up to 1500 W ATX12VO power supplies, the new Area-51 is designed with high-end customisability in mind. Dell claims the desktop is up to 45% quieter than previous models, thanks to redesigned airflow, inward-facing fans, and a liquid cooling solution capable of lowering CPU temperatures by up to 13%.
Also launching is the Alienware Aurora, a more compact alternative aimed at aspiring gamers and streamers. This model supports up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 GPUs and includes a 240 mm liquid cooler for the CPU. According to Dell, the chassis is 55% smaller in volume compared to the Area-51, while still allowing for tool-less upgrades and better thermals.
Both desktops support features such as AI-assisted performance tuning, the latest AlienFX lighting system, and compatibility with Alienware’s Elite Care programme. The support package includes 24/7 performance optimisation, accidental damage cover, and a bundled PC Game Pass.
The Alienware Area-51 starts at ₹5,09,263.22, while the Aurora is priced from ₹1,92,526.44, inclusive of taxes. Both models are available via Dell.com, Dell Exclusive Stores, Croma, Reliance Digital, Vijay Sales, and other authorised retailers.
