Nikon India has launched the next-gen full-frame mirrorless camera, the Z5II. This camera is aimed straight at content creators, videographers, and professionals who live life on the go. The open sale of this camera went live on April 24, 2025, and it is priced at Rs 1,49,995 for the body only. If you want additional accessories such as lenses, a tripod, and more, you will have to pay extra bucks for that.
The Nikon Z5II is powered by a 24.5MP full-frame BSI CMOS sensor paired with the EXPEED 7 image processor. The autofocus system has been upgraded to deliver 3.5x faster performance with subject detection in lighting as low as -10EV. There’s also support for AI-based subject tracking, including people, pets, birds, and vehicles.
Video capabilities now include 4K recording at 60fps, Full HD at 120fps, and 12-bit N-RAW and 10-bit N-Log formats. There’s also support for SDR and HLG recording modes.
The Z5II retains a similar design to its predecessor but adds a 3000-nit EVF, a vari-angle LCD, and updated connectivity options including USB-C and HDMI ports. A new dedicated Picture Control button allows quick visual adjustments.
