A handheld fan could give you some relief from the scorching summer heat, especially when you are out and about or when you are at home, and there is a power cut in your area. I have seen people pulling out these little portable fans on the Delhi Metro or teens queuing up outside exam halls. They look very toy-like in their sleek form factor and plasticy build. But they are light, handy, and rechargeable, making them a good everyday carry item. I recently reviewed a portable fan from Nuuk, and I was going through their catalogue and saw a handheld model. I also saw that another brand, Tempt, has launched its Icy handheld fan in India. So, I decided to create this list of the top models available on Amazon India under Rs 3000. If you want a fan of this kind for personal airflow, check out the options below and also learn about the various parameters you should note while buying one, like how fast the motor spins (RPM), how much air it actually moves at usable distance (airflow velocity), how long the battery lasts, how quickly it charges, and the warranty policy of the product.
I haven’t used or tested any of these. These are the top-selling or well-reviewed options on Amazon, ranked from highest to lowest price.
The following models are ranked from highest to lowest price. The prices, availability, and product details can change without notice. Please verify the current price before purchasing.
