came in bad, damaged, not working condition. Thankfully, flipcart refunded and took back the item
Nice
average
I purchased it it Large and Flipkart is reading to exchange it for small model. Not happy with services of Flipkart. Anyone wishing to buy this and want LARGE model, please contact me. I am willing to sell my watch. I haven't open the packing also.
Excellent product, keeps you pushing for fitness. Also suits with office ware.
Not worth its price
Good item but not a good buy. Within a week flipkart sold the fitbit surge 3k lesser. Drawback is straps are not available separately.
Belt is very small to put on becoming bit tight if I keep it for long. Should have changed it but opened the watch after some time
I have been using runkeeper app for a year now and I love the features RK has for running. I was expecting at least all those features plus the HRM(heart rate monitor) in fitbit surge, but I figured out that surge is mostly an activity tracker rather than a runner's kit. Size: go for large even if you very slim, small was too small and had to return it. Aesthetics: Not very fancy, looks like childhood watch from a hawker, display is not led. GPS: takes quite some time to catch it as compared to Garmin. On a straight road it's pretty accurate as expected. Screens: since there is no audio, it does not give you audio cues, it will vibrate at configured distance or time. But screens are not customisable and you will have to swipe to see different parameters like current pace, average pace, heart beat. On main screen it would show total distamce, total time. Also it doesn't show current split pace which is more relavent than current pace. Features: App on phone has fancy stuffs and charts, but watch is extremely simple. Compared to runkeeper it doesn't have plans, configurable plans, configurable intervals, no history on watch, and many more. Interval training is a must for runners. Battery: I rarely use it except while running. Running uses gps which lasts 5 hrs, equivalent to 2 days for me. So I charge every two days. Charging is quite fast. If you are not running, but wearing all day and night with HRM on all the time, it would last 5-6 days. Overall I would say install runkeeper app on phone and use it for running unless you really need to monitor heart zones or you don't like carrying the phone while running or you are not a runner and just want to get involved in what everyone is talking these days about fancy things like sleep time, daily steps and just to say yes you have a fitness watch.
