With the product company says zero annual maintenance... the reality is i have spent thousands and thousands of rupees in last 2 years for the replacement of candles and others things.... my suggestions is not to go for branded products... better to go for local products to save our hard earned money....

Very bad experience. The tank is not durable at all. Leakages everywhere. Maintenence is too high. Have to change the filters every 2-3 months and is very expensive. Pls avoid this expensive dabba.

I used it for 15 months.When I called technician for annual maintenance, he replaced 3 filters and pre sedimentation filter but it not worked, technician said adapter need to replace and will cost around rs5000. Not recommending this product

V gud investment ...... Worth d price ... Taste of water actually like mineral wAter.... Only one thing that u feel bad is waste water ..... So much of water is just drained.... Else v gud product

Had to get all the parts replaced in the first 6 months. Even the consumables needed are high compared to other RO purifiers and their after sales services are worst. Would not recommend this product at all. Sheer waste of money.

Purifier worked fine only for 6 months. After we changed the germ kill kit for first time the waste water increased at 1:12 ratio. Which is 12 glasses waste water for 1 glass water. Customer care is saying this us normal ratio of watage water. Please don't buy this product.
