  • Cheats Money - HIDDEN cost of INR2000 & Terrible Installation Arrangement Procedure

    This was a very bad experience. We were made to pay another INR1835 to the seller via PayTM. After opening the package it was written inside that we need to pay an additional INR400 towards installation charges. We tried several times to call the number given on the side of the box for installation and nobody picked up the phone. We tried to google their numbers for their corporate office and made at least 12 to 13 phone calls. Each occasion the IVR said that it will call us back but no one did. Friday the call went through to the number printed on the card and then the receiver of the call said that we should SEND a Whatsapp to the following number being +91-8468999903 and send them the copy of the Invoice from Amazon and then request for installation. We therefore had to download the invoice from Amazon, then transfer it to the mobile phone and then Whatsapp to this number post which they agreed to do the installation. When we were requesting for installation date and time they said, "have some patience u are not only customer to reply". I have never come across such an aggressive customer desk. After 13 minutes they gave us yet another number being, +91-9619696167 who they said were the dealers and we had to now contact them for getting the installation done. That was on 10th May. On 12th May the installer came over after we kept on repeatedly following up with the dealer number. When we insisted that he behave in a clean manner, the installer got upset and discontinued the installation. We had to call up the dealer again and get him to restart the installation. I have several photos to show why it was not hygienic in the way the installer was proceeding to make the installation. As the installation proceeded, the installer said that we need to pay for a pressure reducing valve as without that the Water Purifier would start leaking. We had purchased a total of 3 years warranty but we were told straight on our face that the warranty will not hold good in this case and so if we need the warranty to hold we had to but the pressure reducing valve and so on account of that we paid another INR950 for the pressure reducing valve. Then we we were informed that the connector half nozzle that is supplied in-box does not work with any water system and the nozzle that the company is supplying now in-box does not work at all and so we have to buy a separate one, as with the one that is supplied in-box the Water Purifier would not work. That is again sold separately and it cost another INR65-. Post which as the installation was being done, we were also told that although we may have paid for 3 years of warranty, we still have to pay for service fees being INR400 every time a service person comes over, so we were advised to buy another two three filters Spun Filters at INR210 a piece, as, if we call them to replace the Spun Filters which the installer says that it requires to be replaced every three months, then we have to pay them INR400 for every visit even if it is under warranty and then INR210 or the prevailing market price for the Spun Filters. They then offered a deal of if we buy two then we get one free and so yet another INR420 was paid to them. In short we landed up having to pay INR400+65+950+420 = INR1835 over and above what we paid at Amazon being INR4549- which is almost 40% of the cost of the item to have it installed. We were asked to make the payment via PayTM and it was done via PayTM immediately from 9830175283 to the Dealer's number being +91-9619696197. This to any customer is cheating. Why are things as these not mentioned when a person goes to buy them. I am an Amazon Prime Customer and feel completely cheated in this deal and need to know what corrective action Amazon intends to compensate me for this downright cheating. Incidentally I have the voice call with the dealer, voice call with the R K Aqua Fresh company and the Whatsapp chat with the R K Aqua Fresh number on record in my phone and would happily share them with you. I trust you to take corrective action and not force me to go legal.     THE WORST PRODUCT. I don't know why Amazon is selling the product. I have got the product delivered to me on 7th June 2019 and today it is being installed 23rd June 2019 The people from the company won't call you for installation. You have to search in net and get their number and then call them. After that the hardest part is that the installation guy will tell you "why have you purchased online?" Since you purchased online you have to pay 500 for installation. I was ever ready to pay. The worst part is that when you call Amazon helpline number to return the product, they won't take it back. They will also tell you to contact the Aquaguard help line number. Very bad product guys.... I just wasted 5000 .... Please don't buy it..... Trust me this has a bad plastic smell in water....

  • Nail handle broken with in 5 months and RK Aquafresh team asking to replace entire unit

    I bought this product in Amazon on Nov 2018, installed by the RK Aquafresh technician and this was unit was broken on May month itself, life of the plastic is very worst to handle. I have given 1 star whereas there is no option to give minus star. Think twice before buying this product. They will insist to give 5 star and send the screen shot, they will give the freebie for this. no one is giving the genuine ratings.

    Pros : Definitely worth buying .. Easy installation but u need a technician.. Immediate respond from customer care Looks was attractive Light weight Well trained service man came to fix it.. CON's : Motor cap inside one knob is there it was broken . When technician fixing it water started to leaked.. I found It n informed him. He immediately went to buy fevikwik to fix it. With in 10 min it's joined.. But little disappointed for that broke .due to improper handling in Courier service it might happened nothing to worry if u get leakage them u could resend it to company they will replace u Madam likely technician has consoled me... Over all 810 *

    I'd never suggest to buy this cheap quality RO. They are selling this item in low cost due to third grade quality. I bought five days back & after so many follow-up RO got installed and paid 400 extra bucks. Same day water leakage started inside the machine. I asked customer care to fix this but nobody provides a solution. Even I took leakage video & share with RK Aquafresh team but no response. So I placed a return request and got my amount after the return pickup. But RK Aquafresh denied returning 400 installation amount. it was a really bad experience.

    1 product delivered on time 2 quality of the material is not good 3 easy to installation 4 leakage in inside of the material pipe line 5 quality not up to mark 6 we need reassemble the pipe line and need to put silicon on join 7 unprofessional assembling 8 for this price range it's acceptable..

  • RK Aqua Fresh - Worst Product we have received till date

    Its been exactly 2 months since we bought this product and I am very disappointed with it. For last 10 days, the product is taking around 8-10 hours to filter 15 liters of water. Our complaint to their customer care center is falling on dead ears. They are taking the issue very casually. Infact they have been disconnecting our phone calls when tried to raise the issue multiple times. This is the worst service we have ever encountered. Finally 3 days ago, their person contacted us on assurance of visiting charge of Rs 350- and have been telling us that he will come tomorrow as there is no other complain in this area. And only if there are 2-3 complaints, he will visit our area and even today on our call, it has been shifted for tomorrow i.e. Dec 31, 2018. May this review be the eye opener for those looking to buy this product. Please invest your money and time wisely on better branded product. Had there been a "ZERO" rating, we would have gone for that

    I got this installed in Oct 2018 and the filter broke apart this evening. Just got of the phone after speaking to AquaFresh company representative at 8800133166, he clearly denied any help on commitment on parts durability inspite of valid 1 yr warranty, as AF company does not authorise online listing and this distributor RK enterprise has unilaterally done so, hence any part issue or charges are bend towards their un monitored interest, such a shallow shame to all service parties
