The washing machine which i got was old. The screws were rusted. The wires coating were coming off. This shows that the stock was old or used one. When i saw this i raised request for return. But nobody came for a long time and suddenly they closed the ticket saying the ifb technician came and saw no defect, which didn't happen. Flipkart used to be good at these kind of things. Now i think it's always better to buy from stores. You might have to spend some more money but at least you will get good product. It was a bad experience.

even after going for high range product I felt that it is not up to me and market needs. why can't you integrate power fluctuations handling mechanism. installation person recommended to buy additional for power management. why purifier is not inbuilt or integrated to save the body of machine. Body is main but u r not concerned about its life and quality. the world is moving towards integration but still u r lot lacking . need to improve lot

Using this maching from past 6 months. It's working fine. No issues till date. Strongly recommended. The only problem was installation. The person who came for installation was not good. Told several issues with pipe and other things. As I refused to buy the things he was offering, he left and didn't returned. Called him several times but he didn't came. Watched some YouTube videos regarding installation and continued with the given pipe. It's working fine. One star less for the installation issues.

Very LOUD and No response from IFB service even after repeated followup. Avoid this machine and this company itself. The service is horrible. No demo given. Installation done very carelessly damaging the machine. Stay away from this company itself. I would rate in negative if I could...

Loaded with features and options. Got a good deal under exchange. I think it was a smart choice to buy this product. Looks are also good. Buy the original cover from IFB as the ones available in market are not of good quality compared to the original IFB

Flipkart delivery is superb, no doubt about it. I was a very old consumer of IFB products. But i had a horrible experience after i got this product. When it comes to IFB they wasted a lot of time of mine, Not able to fulfill the committed installation date. And there faridabad center people are unprofessional and was keep on disconnecting the calls in between. talked with seniors with no help. If IFB do not improve its service then from next time i am not able to purchase anything from this brand. I have raised a ticket on 27th dec with ticket no 14569723. but till today do not got any call from them. This ticket was generated by flipkart after my complain. So please think again before you shop for IFB products.

First of all great shopping experience with Flipkart. Machine ordered at evening 06 and got it delivered on next morning 08:30. Let me start with description of machine: Machine delivered to me on 16-Jan and was having a manufacturing date of 07-Jan. I did installation by myself but still raised a ticket to IFB to send installation and demo person. On 17-Jan morning 08:30, the service engineer was at my doorstep. He did installation of one water filter and one voltage stabilizer (total cost Rs.3820/-). Many of people think that the installation people used to sell their products which might be right, l think if I have spent 31k for machine, I can spend 3k more to make it safe and properly functional. Pros: Machine does a very good job and cleans dirtiest clothes as well with ease. Not too much hi-fi wash options, lets you confuse less and select appropriate option. Process is also simpler and very easy to handle the machine. Multiple options to select temperature and spin speed lets you customize your wash. I checked with many dealers and retailers, all mentioned same thing that IFB is a world known brand and no issues reported majorly, if machines handled properly. Tough iron/steel body makes it shakes less and perform well. Cons: Machine is approx 60kgs, which can be a bit heavy if you are doing installation by yourself. For those who are complaining that no installation person came, follow basic rule of giving a call to IFB care and get it arranged for you. Its not that tough and only 2-3mins job.
