At their Editor's Day summit, in Montreal, NVIDIA announced G-Sync, which is a way to make the monitor's refresh rate to be perfectly in sync with the frame rate outputed by the GPU. And this is way beyond simply locking the frame rate to 60 fps since monitors have a standard refresh rate of 60 Hz. They've got on board ASUS, Philips, Benq, and Viewsonic. Expect to see G-Sync enabled monitors come to market in Q1 next year. NOTE: Although the camera we're using may not be able to show you a proper noticeable difference, it was very apparent in the live demo. G-Sync indeed eliminates tearing and stutter. The text on the pendulum for instance was perfectly readable with the G-Sync monitor. Follow the NVIDIA event updates here: https://twitter.com/search?q=%23TWIMTBP
