Delivered on time..but instillation process is very slow. need to call above 10 times to pure it Help line..then they installed it. Product Is good...Using last three days it's work perfectly..
The product is value for money. Compared to other water filters, the product is of good quality and the price is also reasonable. The installation was done in a professional way but the pureit technician after 2 days of delivery. Used drilling machine to do the holes neatly. The product was delivered in packed sealed box. Can remove arsenic and heavy metals. The taste of water is also good.
don't ever buy this product the service centre is a joke I have already raised complaints with the consumer forum for this company their contact centre is a joke and the technicians too. I'm so frustrated in buying this product and want to know whats the end resolution. it's just lying at my house for last two weeks now. what a waste of money & time.
No installation done after 10 days of receipt of product. Called 10 times to the call centre ..every time they say it will be done today . Regretting buying this product ... DON'T BUY THIS ITEM U WILL REGRET. THE LOCAL NUMBER THEY GIVE FOR INSTALLATION WILL NOT PICK YOUR CALL .SO IF U WANT TO WASTE UR MONEY N TIME BUY THIS PRODUCT. After insallation also it will give problem regularly.
