product is good but vendor was horrible...
Once of the worst customer service ever to be seen ... Installation was supposed to be free ..the guy demanded money ...he was suppose to replace the filter next day ...never turned up after day one.Nit a single service has been undertaken ...despite them calling and service for two consecutive Saturdays . DON'T BUY ANY THING from BLUE STAR ...IF YOU STILL BUY YOU ARE INVITING TROUBLE PAYING FOR IT.

Very worst product. Within 3 months from installation the product got repaired and serviced more than 5 times. Still not yet working.they are not replacing the product
After sale support is amazing although shd not have been needed. The adapter failed once but was replaced at no cost.
