  The Sony Smart 4K UHD android TV is the best in terms of perfromance, picture & sound clarity. The product was delivered one day in advance and very oblidge by the sony service cente who took the request for the installation and the service person was there to install the TV very next day. The service person took hardly 10-15 min to install the mounting bracket and install the TV and explained all the feature of the TV very clearly. Kudos to the entire team of sony customer care & service centre for providing such a prompt service. Service support is the most important factor for any companies growth.

  I am giving full rating to Tv as the pic quality is awesome and i dont have to compare with any other brand in same range. Checked many reviews and i can say this is much better Tv in terms of pic quality. *** picture quality : 4.5 audio : 4.1 Connectivity: 4 Software. 4.0 low rating as on OTT app many settings will be grayed out Durability: can trust sony brand and will see my luck Amazon service zero star. False description this Tv does not support Dolby Atmos No headset recived part of Indian festival offer purchase. Amazon and Sony official site both had mentioned to deliver bluetooth headset with this purchase. No help received from Amazon support team and would not suggest to buy big appliances from Amazon

  This has been a superb experience both from Amazon & SONY . Amazon delivered the product the very next day and SONY was very prompt in service . I would like to highlight about Sony Technician Service person Arup Das, Kolkata - +91 824-0671972 who ensured that we have a great experience with our purchase . He was very helpful and really professional and cooperated with all our requests. He installed , wall mounted , demonstrated every feature to my parents senior citizens so they can be comfortable in using this Android TV .

  Good demo and installation done by engineeres Mr Ajay Thapa . Prompt implementation done.need to improve Bluetooth speaker connection quality by Sony as couldn't not able to connect my Logitech device.

  Pros : 1. Decent sound Thump in base 2. Pucture quality great Cons: 1. Not sure If I got faulty product, there is light bleeding from the edges in dim light and dark screens, will try replacement as it seems good model. 2. Motion blur refresh rate could be better. 3. Should be able to pair external bluetooth audio. Note: Others who bought this product please test this in low light dark scene conditions and post here , so that I come to know it's issue with my unit only or its with every model?

  Bravia has a bug. thevolume goes up on its own to 100 and theres no way you can put the volume down without taking power plug off.
