Within 3 months of purchase the TV has been dead twice refer video. Oneplus service takes minimum 4-5 days to make the first visit. During the first repair the technician from Qdigi even replaced the motherboard of TV, still he wasnt able to resolve, one fine day After 7-8 days tv automatically started working to which the customer care claimed that they have done something from backend and the entire TV setup had to be done again. Now after few days the TV has stopped working again showing colored screens refer video. This is the first time we have ever seen such faults in a TV having used samsung, sony, lg and other units, never faced such issues ever. We are stuck now with this piece and can't do anything about it apart from calling oneplus customer care again and again.
I had got TV delivered on 28th Dec and it gave first problem by 7th Jan within 10 days and then somehow it came up on its own and few days later it conked off permanently and since then i had been awaiting for correcting action and either engineer don't visit or visit without required materials and says i will visit again. Amazon team schedules engineer from UP West for attending call at Mumbai. When i escalate to them thru call they say have patience and wait for next 48 hours and then sends me a threat message to reschedule call in 4 days as they are unable to contact me else the call will be closed. Literally poor show by AMAZON... Can not suggest to buy high cost item from AMAZON with this kind of support system.
Excellent picture quality & overall experience so far! 4K picture quality is top notch. Very loud and impressive sound. TV has stylish looks with thin bezels. It's a great android TV! Thank you One Plus for quickly providing new black remote as free. However, I miss the long press menu button on new remote to quickly access TV settings. Some observations and concerns: 1. Sound is great overall but expecting vocalsdialogues delivery can be improved. 2. The Google assistant voice search shows results from Youtube & Netflix only. Content from other apps like Hotstar, Prime Video, Jiocinema, SonyLiv, Zee5 do not appear in voice search results. Oneplus TV should offer deeper integration on all OTT platforms as google voice assistant is a key feature in Android TV. I hope with future OS updates, some of these concerns will be resolved. 3. Observed fluctuations in brightness in low brighness scenes while watching House of Cards on Netflix. Didn't observe such TV behaviour on other apps yet. So will wait and watch. 4. The wall mount provided in the box is basic and not very useful as it makes very difficult to access the ports inside the back panel. I had to buy separate third party movable wall mount for own convenience. Very delighted with the purchase. Highly recommended QLED Android TV for those who want better viewing experience than LED but not yet ready for OLED TVs. Overall 4.5 Stars!
Bought this TV after reading a lot of reviews which claims tv is good but not good for SD contents. Apart from that no other major issues so I went ahead i buy this TV because of the brand OnePlus. I am not brand fan most of the time i love to take risk instead of buying brand items. One plus for past 4 years keep their promise and delivered the product equivalent to other top brands . I have my one plus 3 with me and it still it charges 50% mins in 30 mins as new and battery is still last a day. No software update for slow the phone :-. So thats, why lot of us follow one plus and that, is why i bought the TV irrespective of reviews. Now i dare to say i am not regretting my decision. Back to TV it is worth for the money and its picture and sound is awesome. I got update which has fix for HDR content and other user complaints issues. Thats ONePlus they always listen for the customer and do whatever they can. Although one plus remote is not much appriciated i can say it is not that bad. After all one plus went ahead and give an extra remote with mute and netflix button for free. Thats is one of the example for their customer support . Apple will say give extra buks for another remote and here they give it for free. I did wall mount so no comments on the stand. Regarding SD content, it is not that worst. If you watch 10 feet distance we can say it is not that bad. i am using SunDirect. By the by guys i did not buy 4K tv to vuew SD content. In conclusion, you can buy this TV with a confident and overall it is worth for the money.
OnePlus TV fulfilled the expectations against the hype. Satisfied with overall build, sound, picture quality. Best outcome with Reliance Jio 5G & DTH connection. Lets hope for the best it doesn’t create any issues later
Finally bought OnePlus TV after roughly 4 months of it' release . Everyone knows the specifications. I simply present the advantages over other available TVs at the same price or premium ones. 1Picture quality depends upon the INPUT you are giving. true 4k .no doubt about it . HD channels are okay. SD DEFINITELY NOT GOOD . 2sound quality is good but not at the best. There were crackle sounds when the deep thump bass or explosion scenes come in movies . It was horrible . I think it's audio software issue . 3 remote is okay. Google assistant is very convenient. I have ordered free Netflix remote although. 4 The very problematic thing is it's BACK LID for ports. It has magnet kind but it simply doesn't allow us easily to put any kind of USB, aux , cables when it's wall mounted . It's definitely a CON ppl never discussed about it. I tried very hard to reach to usb port and insert pendrive. 5 soundbar is good . Surround mode is excellent when you play quality audio. But , a fixed soundbar is not comparable to a quality home theatre . 6 everything should be improved in next model . So 4 stars only . 3.5 is accurate Update after 10 days use : Some dead pixels spotted at corner and lower regions all four sides. Can be spotted when white background comes on screen . It's unexpected .
Delivered on time and installed on same day. ---------------------------------------------------- My review is subjective. I had 49" X7000E LED 4K Ultra HD HDR Smart TV. All i can say is Oneplus TV is better than That. Remote-- looks awesome, Buttons doesn't feel good, Lot of False positive have to look at remote most of the time while pressing keysshould be fine when i get used to it, But should not have been the case and durability i have my doubts Due to netfix certification oneplus is sending a new cheap AA battery black remote for free and that remote options button is missing. why oneplus?
I found the Picture Quality, User Interface, Audio output very good. It took a whole lot of time for me to decide between this and PRO. The difference in this and Pro is this one does not come with a Stand and InBuilt sound Bar. I am using this in a 24x 20 ft hall with viewing distance of 16 feet. Most of the LED TVs would need a sound bar for a good audio coverage but the sound output is very decent for this TV. User interface is also very nice and its nicely integrated with Ok Google. I liked the remote control as well. with less buttons and voice control everything is so easy. Delivery by Amazon was on time and Installation request was fulfilled on time as well. One Plus can make it more configurable by introducing a TV with Sound Bar and Stand can be Optional.
Oneplus TV comes with two pin plugs, with all proper earthings still it was returning electric current all over it's body. Explained to Amazon and asked for a replacement. The replacement TV had the same issue as well. Finally Amazon took it back and refunded the money. All OnePlus TV owners to check and be aware of this issue
Worst service Since 2 months from date of buying it is having sound issues Speakers are not working Done complaints withAmazon,Qdigi and one plus Spent 70k and spent 500 hours in raising complaints and discussing with all customercare people still issue isn’t resolved Please don’t opt for it
