sometimes power button never turn off poor battery backup over heating because of AMD problem with Samsung SWupdate software
I bought this laptop a month ago . The Sound quality are average .Keyboard is comfortable but the battery life is poor . I get only an hour backup when fully charged. So I guess it is the best of my kind .
Product as such is good and probably worth the money you pay for. Problems I find: 1) The keyboard is all squeezed up to accommodate a numeric keypad. Keyboard itself feels flimsy. 2) The exhaust fan is located on the left side. Making one think that the unit gets pretty hot even for minor tasks. 3) No visual indicators for CAP LOCK, NUMBER LOCK etc 4) Windows 8 interface is lousy for a laptop/PC 5) Flipkart service is average. I initially ordered laptop of another brand. After 7 days, the retailer calls me and tells me that they are "not able to source" the other brand I initially ordered. When I checked on FlipKart website, it was not so. It was available with another seller on FlipKart at a lesser price!! But to buy my original choice, I would have to cancel the present order, re-order the same part and wait for another 7 days. That's when I realised that FlipKart probably never sells anything by itself. FlipKart is like a big mall with so many smaller shops inside. The actual sale is done by these smaller guys. AND, these smaller guys just take orders and only after that, they start sourcing for the item to send to you! Now that starts to scare me.
Decent computer. Short cut keys for Bluetooth and Wi Fi not on keyboard.Very Very poor battery life. Got computer from VIJAY GURGAON SECTOR 29. Battery lasts barely for 1hr 30 min against tall claims of 6 hours. That too while just internet surfing. No videos or audio. Disappointed ! Waste of money.
