Don't buy this laptop.. It take approx 20 mins to start the laptop.. Very slow. Bad performance.. I regret after buying this lapyop
The delivery experience was good. But on opening the box, i find the above panel gap as shown in the 1st pic on the RHS of the laptop screen while the LHS seems to be closed as in 2nd pic. Although the laptop has just been switched on and seems to be ok for now, am worried about any permanent damage having been done to the screen on packaging or transit. Please advise if the same should be returned.

The worst brand ever...I suggest you do not ever buy a HP laptop...this configuration is useless..I got this laptop as a gift and it is the worst experience I have ever had with a laptop ever ..I have used a Dell laptop with 4gb ram n windows 10 and did not experience problems like this...takes almost 30-40 seconds to open the browser app ..lags lags lags all the time...I suggest you do not buy this laptop!!!
