This AC is not quite effective for a big living room. We opted for it due to its compact look but perhaps it was not a good decision. We had a Voltas Split AC 1.5 earlier which was far more effective in cooling. However it proved to be really troublesome with frequent maintenance. Only time will tell how this LG split AC performs in the long run. After the purchase and delivery from Amazon which was smooth, the installation of the LG AC proved to be a great headache as Amazon and LG seemed to have no coordination. So the mechanic from LG who rang me up for installation informed me that he had been informed about installation of a washing machine. I received calls for installation of washing machine twice which simply drove me mad. After many phone calls to the customer service and few emails the installation finally happened. After a month a part of the cable of the AC also burnt. We were informed by the mechanic who came for repair that the installation was not done properly. A memorable experience indeed ! T
Very poor installation service from LG. Getting installation done is a headache from LG. Their field team is not helpful. Drainage pipe installation done wrongly by LG Bhushan Andheri Mumbai service station. Now they are not picking calls. Highly disappointed.
I am very happy with the product. This is my first split AC and I m loving it. The installation also went smooth the guys were pros and did the installation of the unit Hassel free. I got a very good deal from amazon and cash back from SBI. I ordered two units due to the deal.
In one word fantastic.the most energy efficient ac i have seen in my whole life.40% energy consumption mode is awsome because then this 1.5 ton ac consumes like 0.8 ton which is sufficient when only one man is inside the room.i have tested the energy consumption by a meter also in the supply meter.its actually working. No doubt that this is the most efficient ac available in market.thanks lg
I bought this product and after installation came to know compressor not working. Struggled alot from installation to return and ended up making wall dirty . Completely frustrated with Amazon &LG. Thanks Amazon for refunding installation+uninstallation charges
When we purchase a product we expect good performance of product and service. LG is providing good service with product. They have installed the product on the same day of delivery. I am paying less electricity bill as compare to my neighbours. Also in terms of customer i will suggest you to go one model higher as higher model has mosquito control feature. Thank you LG.
Cooling capability is very bad. And fan noise is too high from comparison to other AC. I m using this AC in night from 9pm-5am and electricity consumption for 8 hour uses approx 10unit.
We had issues during the delivery with GATI but Amazon resolved it immediately by addressing my concern. Installation guys were good and they could install the bracket, drill a hole and install the AC for a total of 1500 rs. The service from large appliances team is quite good
