Sony doesn’t make much money from its mobile business, but the fact is that its smartphones are excellent in terms of build quality, and Sony excels when it comes to the camera department.

It has a 4.7 inch HD screen, and underneath, is a beefy quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. It has the same great 20.7 MP camera paired with a 2.2MP one.

If you want a mid-ranger that is water and dust resistant, this is it. It has a 5-inch HD screen, and is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor paired with 2GB of RAM. On the back is a 13MP Camera, paired with a 5MP front camera.
The Z4v is a variant of the Z4 that is only available with Verizon in the US. It has a quad-HD screen, as compared to the full-HD displays on other Z4 variants. Underneath is a powerful octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor paired with 3GB of RAM, and is water and dust resistant. It has a great camera too, at 20.7 MP, and the front is no slouch, at 5.1MP.

The E4 is probably the most unimpressive phone in Sony’s lineup, with a 4.7 inch qHD Screen, quad-core Mediatek 6582 processor and 1GB of RAM. The primary camera is 5MP, with the secondary one being 2MP.
