Verdict:

If pure performance is what you are looking for in a mid range card, the ZOTAC GTX 560Ti AMP edition is right up your alley. With an aftermarket cooler to keep the temperatures down, you will not get a better card at this price point. The Assassins Creed Brotherhood is an added bonus.

ZOTAC GTX 560Ti AMP! Edition detailed review

Features: ZOTAC GTX 560Ti comes in a yellow and dark brown race-car like get up and it will command attention the first time you set your eyes on it. Being an AMP! Edition card, which is ZOTAC's naming
strategy for factory overclocked cards, it is clocked at a whopping 950 MHz. Base clock for the GTX 560Ti GPU is 822 MHz, so do your math to find out the upgrade. The card also bundles in an 'Assassins Creed
Brotherhood' gaming coupon.

Design and Build: The yellow grilled metal design filling the gaps between the strong metal chassis does not only look aesthetically pleasing, but also enhances heat dissipation. The fan is located bang in the
centre and the Zotac logo on the triangular metal chassis portion.

Performance: As seen in the graphs above, ZOTAC GTX 560Ti AMP Edition scores the highest across all games. It also is the only card to cross the 40 FPS barrier for Crysis Warhead, within its price category. EVGA GTX 560Ti was the only card that provided some competition. Even with AA on, you get great playable frame rates.

The downside of having such a souped up card is the temperatures. Just like the frame rates, the ZOTAC card had the highest load temperature as well, something not to be proud about. An after market GPU cooler will really help keeping temperatures lower.
